Great customer service from Sam at Holburn Hifi Aberdeen. Spent a pleasant Saturday morning listening to a few speakers in their listening room with my power amp that Sam rigged up for me. There was no pressure, no hard sell, just honest advice and time to appraise the options. They had a pair of pre-owned B&Ws in near mint condition which were a great match with the amp, sounded fantastic and a good price too. Sam even delivered them to us midweek. Very happy, many thanks guys!

Visited the store last week. The one member of staff who was working had an air of disinterest. Perhaps it was me looking like I normally do and not looking like I'm from money but even after putting down a full deposit on a pair of speakers at £400 and spending over £100 on some vinyl the feeling that we weren't overly welcome couldn't be shaken. On exit, my girlfriend who came with me was left a bit confused as to why I spent the money when the service offered was so uncomfortable. Anyways, the speakers in question were Dali Oberon 1 and were quoted as 'a week delivery into store'. I called today to find that 'they might be in at then end of next week, perhaps the following week' so I cancelled my order for two reasons. That same level of disinterest seeped into the conversation and realistically, even though I wanted to generate some local goodwill and spend money with an Aberdeen business I can get next day delivery from 'you know who' for exactly the same item or upgrade to Oberon 2 for £100 less than this store charges.

Put my prized turntable in for a service and setup and am very happy. After doing the work Ian brought the table to my home and carefully made sure everything was set up properly. After he had gone I found that Ian had done an excellent job and had done things which hadn't been mentioned like sticking the nameplate back down. Great attention to detail. Spinning the hours away! ?

Have known these guys for a while now. they're all a great bunch of lads and super friendly in store. However it was the first time my wife and I have used their services for a TV setup on the wall in our new house.
Everyone has been excellent to deal with. Martin was very professional and did a fantastic job of the wall mount and tv set up.
Eventually we will upgrade the TV and audio set up in the house and would very much use Holburn Hifi for their services when that time comes.

Absolutely 1st class service and equipment. Staff were unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up spending a little more than I intended, but I was not disappointed and I know I have ended up with a quality system thanks to the expert help and advice of the staff who took the time to lead me through several set-ups and alternatives. All round, a really pleasant 90 minutes. Even got a lovely cup of tea. Highly recommended audio specialists.

Amazing online service, thanks! I spoke to Alan on their live chat about an item they had one left of online. He sourced the item in the Glasgow shop, sent me a photo of it, and had it posted down to London by midday the next day. Wonderful friendly service and I'll be sure to use again. Cheers!
