“I went in thinking I'd spend at least 200£ to fix my shower (the turny thing for the temperature came undone). Not knowing what to ask for, how to explain my problem, or even what the parts were called, the staff was quick to start suggesting fixes and checking prices.The saving idea came when I was told I could try just screwing it back in... i left the store feeling like an idiot, but hoping the suggestion would work.Here I am, with a functioning shower again, having spent 0£ on it. The staff was so nice about it and didnt try selling me a bunch of things that could have solved it, but would have been so much more work!”
