“I went to Optical Express today for a consultation and my advisor, Adam Stewart was just outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. He explained the purpose of the equipment and what to expect which left very little surprise and I was grateful for this. I felt very aware of what was happening and this was comforting. I didn't feel pressured to consent to or buy anything immediately either and I think the freedom to process all the information and to make an informed decision in my own time is important and it was also something I valued about my experience today.I feel very comfortable with all the staff I received support from today and I look forward to the continuation of this journey.”
