“Put my prized turntable in for a service and setup and am very happy. After doing the work Ian brought the table to my home and carefully made sure everything was set up properly. After he had gone I found that Ian had done an excellent job and had done things which hadn't been mentioned like sticking the nameplate back down. Great attention to detail. “HMV recently had a refit and my goodness is it fabulous inside. it feels so lively in there now, things are put on display with care and it genuinely feels cared for. Being a self proclaimed weeb I love the redesign of the anime section, and that it's been put at the fore-front rather than tucked away in the back, the selection of merch and Japanese snacks and food is also good aswell, also appreciated the live band that played after open day, what can I say HMV is by far my favourite place to go in town, keep it up guys”

“Great store with loads of games and gifts at a fair price it's great to see this store open and vibrant when so many are closing with the current climate we live in. I will always enjoy my visits to game aberdeen where I've been may times and the staff are helpful too.”

“If I could give a million stars, I would. I had an issue with a product and subsequent issue with the manufacturer where they were unable/unwilling to provide me with a replacement product. This was purchased at Smyths so as a last ditch attempt before having to spend an addition £400 I went in to speak to staff to see if they could offer assistance and they went above and beyond, reached out to manufacturer and other Smyths stores until they were finally able to get a replacement product keeping me up to date the whole time.A special thanks to Trevor & Fiona.”

“KittybrewsterDennis and Alister was amazing done there job perfect efficiency but the man that first served us was absolutely useless. His name was Stuart.Wednesday i collected the first bike, arrived at time for booking scheduled he said it will be 1hr wait (didnt even check the system) I had a email to say it was built. Finds the bike and takes the bike home. 20mins later the brakes stick and back wheel won't work. Goes back to the shop. He (Stuart) then proceeds to tell me it would be fine in a couple of days it will wear itself down (the bike / wheel doesn't move so how can (child) wait a few days)Dennis fixed it for us on Wednesday night.Friday i collected another bike and Alister checked over the bike before leaving and checked over my concerns I had from Wednesday. He was so helpful and friendly.Small hole on the seat of the bike I collected today. Not good. Noticed this when I was on my way home. Too far to travel back to get seen too.5* star to Dennis and Alister ❤️0* star rating to Stuart!”
