Continually shocking customer service ever since relocating to premier. Staff are unhelpful, poorly trained and bad communicators. I've attempted to use different standard post office services on multiple occasions and each and every time there are long waits due to incompetence as staff appear to have no clue. This also stands for interactions I've witnessed with other customers.

Post office stuff absolutely have no idea what they are doing. Not adequately trained. That can be potentially harmful if you send sensitive information or any valuables. Please make sure that your staff get proper training.

Big thank you to the young ladies who helped me with a parcel that I was sending on behalf of an elderly relative. Despite there being several errors in the address they spent time to try and find me the correct address and postcode for the parcel.Thank you.

This is not my post office of choice although it is my nearest post office.On the last three occassions I have dropped of a prepaid package the staff have had something to say about the lable or the package.Today it was because the lable was too big for the box and had to be folded over an edge. If I had reduced the lable size it would not have been legible.On the previous two occassions, in spite using boxes designed to go through letter boxes, my packages have failed their guage test, resulting in supplemental payments.In future I will use where possible, an alternative courier, which in addition to being cheaper, does not comment on my lables or boxes, and I can drop off the packages much nearer my house.

Use this post office for my Amazon pickups. Staff really friendly and there is always lots staff working so you don't have to wait long

I have been using Dyce post office for my internet businesses for over ten years. The ladies there are an incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly bunch. It is my post office of choice. I had to leave a review when I saw someone had only given them one star. That is an utter insult to the fantastic service they have given me over many years. I hope they read this!
