2/1/2024 visit with my son to seek a gaming monitor,. Despite the number of staff present no one was available to discuss their monitors/availability which resulted in an online purchase from a different company.

This store is a joke, and the disgrace of the staff should be ashamed, the staff are certainly not interested and just stand about Chewing gum and look totally disinterested and very bored, was wanting assistance on a online order to be told quite sternly, we don't deal with them you will have to deal with them through web chat, don't think i will ever go back to such a depressing and uninterested store, shocking. Extremely unhelpful and not interested in what I had to say !!!!

my tumble dryer gave up the ghost just before Christmas so i was in looking for a replacement on the 26th! Laura was excellent- i explained what I wanted and she explained the differences between the various tumble dryers and models. in no time at all i had exactly what I needed and it was being loaded into the car. a very knowledgable young woman- thank you Laura!

Visited twice in two days. On the first day I was looking for something and firstly was ignored by the staff member but she later came back to me and was helpful in checking what I asked for what left me impressed. On the second day, I was expecting the same standard or better in customer care but the customer adviser was kind of lost, running up and down with every single item to check, he wasn't able to check the store stock on the computer so I had to spend more time in the store than I expected.

Horrible experience, was standing for 15 minutes asking for assistance, there was loads of people available they all ignored me and went somewhere else. I then mentioned 'price match', and they came up with an excuse to avoid me even longer. When someone did come over, they then argued constantly argued tooth and nail to avoid matching the price, which was not an issue when I called and enquired with other stores. This store is a joke, and the discrase of a manager should be ashamed.

Went to Curry?s to buy a drone as I needed it today I tried to price match with Wex Photo and Video which had the drone cheaper but as I needed it today I endured a trip to Currys. The staff member had no clue what he was talking about despite boasting 9 years of service and had to get a manager to price match, I was then given a poor excuse that they can?t price match Wex because it?s a online only reseller which is incorrect they have physical stores and are a retailer clearer the manager is as thick as he looks. To prove my point I went to Berryden curry?s who were alright with price matching it and never complained it was against policy or that Wex wasn?t on a mysterious list of ?approved? resellers I then refused to buy it because of the treatment at Garthdee. Clearly curry?s is doing so well they don?t need to get a sale, the sooner they go down under and the high street dies the better.

Clueless staff member who rudely passed me on to another assistant so that he could deal with a simple sale since he couldn't find my order. Incidentally the second assistant found it in seconds. I was passed on thus:- "Can you deal with this and I'll see to him."

After they have sold any item and you have a fault within the first year , you have to contact the manufacturer when your agreement is with them not the manufacturer . They have your money so they do not care about customer service . ?

Was looking for an iron (for clothes). About 20 on display but only 3 actually available to buy. The other 17 were display irons only. Nothing suitable in the shop. Also wanted a portable radio that can be used on the mains and also has a battery that can be charged without removing it and using a charger. Didn't have a single one. I'm being generous with 3 stars because the guy tried to be helpful. This shop is massive but seemingly has very poor stock of basic items.
