Great WOD, solid classes and very decent coaching from Kirstin, Holly, and Rob! Was in town for 6 days and went to their classes every morning! Finally got my crossfit cherry popped ? Thank you Crossfit Aberdeen! Highly recommend it.

Had my first adapted session today with Rob and my god, it was truly epic! The people were so friendly and welcoming. Rob worked to make everything accessible and nailed it. If you have a disability and want to give cross fit a try don’t hesitate - do it! But best of all? They have the sweetest dog!
