Busy Pharmacy but queues go down quickly. The staff are lovely and super helpful. They have a system where they text you when your prescription is ready to collect. Also very good selection of greetings cards.

This has been my pharmacy for years and they're amazing. I'm recovering from illness during which time they delivered my prescriptions and always within a day or 2 at most of my GP issuing them.The drivers didn't just deliver my prescriptions, they also made sure I was okay and during lockdown were my only contact with the outside world.I'm on the road to recovery and will thankfully no longer need the service, but I'm extremely grateful for their support and kindness during a terrible time and will continue to go here in the future.The pharmacy itself is well laid out and stocked. I bought some gorgeous cosmetic jewellery there last week. I enjoy browsing there, it's more than just a pharmacy.The staff are awesome, Dawn's always smiling when I see her and very friendly.Cove Bay Pharmacy has a warm, family run feel to it.

Joke of a pharmacy. Rude and off talking.Having tried twice in two weeks to pick up an agreed prescription for my father which was changed by the pharmacy, and as far as I know without knowledge of the medical practice they still denied knowledge of the practice making the change back to the original order !

This is an EXTREMELY CONVENIENT place for prescriptions-since the Pharmacy is ONLY 100yds from the "Cove Bay Medical Centre" and Surgery!!!!As well as the Dispensing of Prescriptions the "Shop" part of the Pharmacy has a selection of Personal Toiletries; Baby Nappies and other assorted Baby Items; A small range of "Home Aids"-for the Elderly and Disabled; Birthday Cards and other assorted Greetings Cards.There is a SMALL section with "Household" Items such as Toilet Rolls; Cleaning Products; Reading Glasses; etc.They even have a DEDICATED SECTION for "Yankee Candles" and Accessories for your "Yankee Candles".
