The driver who delivered my parcel today, last time and even before last time is highly accurate, friendly and punctual. He is doing an amazing job, please keep up with this excellent job. The service that was used is DHL Express, my parcel was international, coming from JP. The only thing I may add is that sadly there is no option for sender to indicate value in currency other than USD & relevant duty charges are not applied correctly which may cause additional extra hassle to chase H.M.R.C. for a refund/correct import VAT and customs charges. Other than this minor issue, everything is perfect and correct. Delivery driver is trackable online on the day of expected delivery. Thanks!”
