Great service.I had emailed to enquire about the stock availability of a Barbour jacket, the staff (Cerys I think) not only replied to confirm but also offered to keep the sizes to one side for me until I could get into the store to try on. Very pleased with the service received in store too and delighted with my purchase.Glad that stores like this still exist that make you feel like an individual with a personal touch. I'd happily buy from Country Ways again.

Went into the Aberdeen store looking for some Fairfax and Favor boots and was welcomed from the minute we entered. Kimberley who we were served by was very helpful also educated on the different options and found the perfect pair.
