When you pay £20 for a good clean and still need to clean your car yourself when you get home. Truly awful service could have cleaned it better with a shell jet wash for a couple of pounds. Don?t waste your cash going here

Asked for the Bronze wash, was told its water only and no soap. I asked how they would clean it. The guy said what "comes off comes off, if it doesn't it gets left" I'm now curios how they leather dry a dirty car (as that is included in the Bronze wash) and avoid scratches... I told them not to bother. Awful service

A truly awful service. Paid for full exterior wash and polish. Front of the car still covered in dead insects, so obviously not touched.wiper Wells full of sand and dust, obviously not touched. Sections of panels totally missed. Car panels covered in water spots so no polish has been anywhere near my car. Save your money, its a total rip-off.

Just sharing my experience of trying the Bon accord car valet on floor 1a. The prices listed on their ads and list are not clear. Wanted to go for the gold package worth 20 pounds but was told that the exterior wash did not include soap and just water. Opted for the platinum package worth 28 pounds and car was still dirty and spots were obviously missed. Not recommended at all.

Was called an A-hole today by a guy who claimed to be the manager, I know he's not, as the manager isn't half bad. I opted for a gold package, to then be told that it's only a basic job inside and out and I should go for platinum. When I pointed to the board to question the difference between gold and platinum he just kept saying we don't clean flies off the window and the inside will be basic. I'm intrigued to know the validity of a GOLD package, gobsmacked, blatantly trying to rip me off. I hate to think what the silver package is if gold is basic. I have given them an occasional try over the years... I won't ever use them again and I'd recommend people to avoid. The job is substandard at the best of times, shame as the location is convenient. Much better places with better customer service across the city.

Thought I'd treat my car to a professional full car valet. I Would give zero stars if I could! When I handed over my keys for a full £65 valet, I wondered why the guy kept saying "we do our best". 4 hours later and in a very dimly lit area, I inspected my car. Cat paw prints on the bonnet had not been removed, dirty finger prints on roof above the doors. Weird V shaped scratches all along the edge of the roof on drivers side. The front seat head rests had dog drool stains which had only been wiped with a rag and not scrubbed clean. The front grille on the car had not been washed. All in all a total disaster but he said, "we do our best". I think he used the bucket of water (no jet wash) and rag to clean both the outside and inside very quickly. I gave him £70 and asked for my change and he was not impressed. I told him I'd have to clean it properly myself (and I'm a fit 66 yr old woman). I would have tipped him a tenner if he'd done a proper job. By the way, if he reads this review, baby wet wipes magically remove stains from upholstery (found that hack on YouTube and it works). Next time, I'll go to Splash next to Morrisons which everyone recommends.

Absolutely disgraceful the amount of pressure and harassment I experienced today when I made it VERY clear I ONLY wanted a £23 wash for my car. The wash technician told me that he wouldn?t do a good job and that the only way I?d get my car clean would be to have a more expensive one. Again I made it clear I only wanted a £23 wash. He again told me that he?d only do a good job for the more expensive one. When I reluctantly agreed he then went on to tell me that he would only do a good job for the £45 wash!I felt pressurised and intimidated. This is not the way that customers should be treated. I have used the service in the past and I know there is commission to be made but the technician who served me today has assured that I will never return to use the car wash again.I will not, as a female on my own, be pressurised or intimidated into something I don?t want. Your sales technique leaves much to be desired!I do NOT recommend this service at all.

Car valets! Comment from guy who washed car if you only pay £8 you only only get basic wash you get what you pay for!!Still marks all over a car that?s only a week old !! When we told this to man he was very rude and abrupt ?

I was the first car there and asked if it could be ready in an hour but he said as he was on his own that it'd be an hour and a half - which I agreed to. This extra half hour made me leave without checking the interior but noticed quickly that the wheel arch hadn't been touched and was told "sorry, we don't do this". When I got home I looked thoroughly at the interior and I was personally extremely disappointed, and then really angry on close inspection, at the lack of care given. Front mats were not removed so dirt underneath left, cup holders not cleaned, none of the back (flooring & seats) appeared to have been touched, the boot, which I had totally cleared for ease of vacuum, had not been done and the door & boot shuts hadn't been cleaned. Extremely disappointed at £24 (plus a £2 tip!!) that I had to do it on my return home when I could see in daylight what a the poor job had been done. The chap was on his own, and there were 3 more cars when I arrived back at 1130, so clearly overwhelmed but as for short-changing me on this job - I won't return. My car was in a very clean condition so I just wanted it "professionally" cleaned up for a trip, but if I 'm paying for "Gold" service I expect to get just that.Services: Polishing

£28?? felt rubbed. With stains on exterior and dusts still on dash. The guys said £50 to clean the interior. If this is what £28 gets me, I'd do it myself next time or better still pay the folks at Splash £25 and get a better clean

I arrived and one member of staff insisted I had the top price full valet? and pushed me to take that option. I refused and asked for just a wash and vacuum inside.I returned to see it washed but patches of mud still and only the back of the car was vacuumed, the front was still muddy and there was still a crushed biscuit in my cup holder. There were also new scratches on the car.Not worth the hassle or money. Avoid.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

The work is not professional. I am writing this because my car was scratched. Hood and fender. It is very clear that they were trying to clean the bird droppings. Now you need to paint these details. And this is not a little money! It was noticed immediately, but the car wash was already closed; otherwise, we would have returned immediately. The owner disclaimed responsibility ,and said that his guys didn't wash like that. We could check the recording on the cameras. It's very interesting how you could wash the car like that. I often wash my car at other car washes, but this is the first time I've encountered it. I do not recommend it to anyone!
