Live in Westhill but changed over to Blackburn Pharmacy a while ago.I order online & my prescriptions are delivered promptly.Staff on the phone & doing the deliveries are both friendly & helpful.Brilliant service!

Began using this pharmacy because both Lloyds shops in Westhill have been farcical over the summer.What a difference here! Friendly staff efficient service and even the option for deliveries.Reassuring thorough, checking on various doses that were out of the ordinary.Used them 3 times in the last fortnight and the quality of service was great on all occasions.Very happy with our new pharmacy!

Had to come to this pharmacy as my local one Lloyds westhill can?t even order what I need. I get here at 1350hrs to slow for possible lunch closure only to fine it?s closed from 1300-1500! I am currently considering doing without my prescription !!!

They don?t seem able to make up dosette boxes anymore due to limited capacity. So no use for my daughter
We will have to struggle on with Westhill who have just claimed her long running repeat prescription has been cancelled???. Really, how much worse can it get?

This is the best pharmacy in Aberdeenshire! The young girls couldn?t be more helpful, caring & considerate to customers. Such a pleasure to visit the chemist with such down to earth, compassionate staff! They also administer your prescription as quickly as possible on arrival, unlike the majority of other chemists, who have a standard minimum waiting time of 20-30 minutes with 6 staff.
Thank You Girls for always looking after my family & I, you do a fantastic service!

I am so grateful to this pharmacy for its excellent home delivery service. My GP faxed a prescription to them at 8.30 on Monday morning & it was delivered before 2pm. They are always so helpful!

This is a very busy little pharmacy but everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. I have never caught the name of the lovely pharmacist but She always does her very best to make sure things are dispensed very quickly and is so helpful if advice is needed.
Throughout the pandemic all staff have worked so so hard to serve Blackburn and surrounding communities through this challenging time.
