Ordered items in store, had call yesterday (26/02) advising items are instock and will be out for delivery today (27th) between 7am and 6pm, recieved follow up email confirming this, by 7pm no sign of delivery so called store, was told drivers running late and to allow up till 8pm, now 9pm and still no delivery, going to phone tomorrow and see if I can cancel order, many other DIY places would be glad of my business, and probably have better trained staff too

0 stars if possible. Awful shop store experience. The nerve of the store employee. I came to buy lino. I needed specific measurements.The employee who assisted me "We have on the shelf but it's ripped" " i will give you 10% off"I'm shopping for durable longlasting flooring I have small children at home & it needs to last.Okay I will get you what you need will carry to the counter for you what you want, the ripped lino was the same colour as what I came with measurements for was taken to counter for me to pay for. I had to repeatedly tell this staff member the reasons I wouldn't want what was offered. Disgusting experience. Won't be shopping here again. Lazy staff and very dishonest.

Twice I have checked stock at this store before leaving on 40 mile round trip to pick up items, only for them not to be in stock. Asked staff both times and informed " stock will be in warehouse if not on shelves. And no we can not goto warehouse to get item. Check back in a couple of days."Now avoid this store if at all possible because of this poor customer service.

Ample parking, the staff were very helpful, and I was able to but all that I needed in the one place. Good returns policy. Trademark available, as well as a general loyalty card.

I understand that I may have a minimal involvement in this situation, but I do not appreciate when I pick up a brick to not know whether it was really heavy and i was about to drop it on my foot. Could have done with more signs, thank you.

Went to visit BQ Garthdee kitchen department and was assisted by Archie who was extremely helpful and informative and the prices of their products are extremely competitive

A DIY store and has plenty of choice for home and garden DIY. Keep an eye out for sales. Friendly staff, and hopefully, the ? vine I purchased will produce next year.

Went in to buy a few things for fixing a door and i hadn't a clue where to find the items i needed the place was huge ? forgive me.I asked one member of staff and wallah, he had both items within 2 minutes now that's service.Great experience and will be back.

A large superstore full of all the bits and bobs any DIY enthusiast could ever need. Sometimes there is a tendency for items to be packed in plastic wrap which is not helpful when purchasing items or you need a different amount from the packet but don?t want to buy two. This bank holiday weekend the store was full of seasonal discounts which we took full advantage of.
