Weekly cleans been done for the last 2 years by Jelena and her team and everything was fantastic! Would have recommended in a flash. Unfortunately though, lack of communication; very short notice for them cancelling; and slipping standards recently have forced us to look for a new cleaning Company

I called the number as stated on the website for a moving out cleaning job. I was told by the lady in charge that I was to pay 25 pounds per hour. I agreed to it and then she sent told me that I would take between 2hrs- 10hrs for cleaning. I agreed to it stil. They cleaned the house for approximately two hours and sent me bill that was not communicated prior before time telling me that the cleaning was done by 3 people and so therefore I should pay for each cleaner per hour for 25 pounds. Called the lady to explain to me why I should pay that amount and raised her voice at me through the phone stating that agreed to it. I tried to explain to her that was not the original agreement as it was even sent to me via text message but she and her cleaner went further to threaten me. I am very much displeased to how I was spoken. They don?t know how to speak to customers.Service: Moving-related cleaning

Very professional and flexible around my schedule when needed.Super fast clean and yet very thorough! I have two young children and a dog, they keep my house looking amazing!!All staff are so friendly and professional. Really pleased with the work they did for us. We asked for a deep clean of the house ready to bring newborn twins home from hospital and even though it was short notice they got back to us quickly and did a great job. Would highly recommend

Alisandra Cleaning Services were prompt to review my 2 bed flat that required a deep clean in preparation for being rented out. Follow up with the clean was also quick. I requested full property clean, 2 x carpet clean, oven clean and windows/frames cleaned (qty 4). Very satisfied with the general clean and especially the bathroom (except my towel rail was pulled out the wall slightly - no problem I can fix that). I had asked for a full window clean including frames but unfortunately several parts were missed including the vents. On follow up this caused some disagreement and I was informed that I should have requested more of a clean of the windows if I wanted this as it would have cost more (my total bill for above = £305). I don't agree with this as I did not have to specify that the full bathroom needed cleaned for example and assumed the windows including frames would receive the same attention as the rest of the flat. Quite disappointed in the end with the customer service follow up on this matter so I won't use this company again.Service: Deep clean
