Brilliant local pharmacy. Really helpful with minor conditions, including checking symptoms and providing prescription medication free of charge, avoiding the need to see a doctor. Friendly staff too. Disappointed to be moving away from such a great shop.

Zero care for me as I was trying to quit vaping. Was recommended by a friend to try the pharmacy as they said the program worked. When I showed up to the pharmacy a short haired women with glasses told me that because I was vaping that there is no hope and the program would be useless. Great help ??

Everything you expect from a pharmacy and more! Very friendly staff that went out of their way to help me with my foreign prescription refused in other pharmacies as it was too much hassle. Best advice and genuine care povided! Even closed late to ensure I left with everything I needed! Thankful beyond understanding for saving my skin yesterday, already feeling a lot better :)))

For the second time this year my GP has left me over the weekend with an ongoing infection despite talking to them on Thursday ?! Last time l put up with it until giving in on the Saturday night and calling NHS24.
Refused to wait that long today! Thank goodness for our local pharmacies who look after us when the NHS fails to do so...
More especially, thanks to Albyn Pharmacy l have prescription which should start kicking soon ?.
Great team at Albyn, always attentive with great customer service, nothing is ever too much bother.
Popped in this morning and was attended to by Joel. Tested straight away. Joel thoroughly explained my symptoms and results before sending home to recover with my script!

Super pharmacy with excellent friendly helpful staff, wouldn't go anywhere else for prescriptions, everyday essentials or advice. Joel in particular is always professional, welcoming and takes time to listen and advise, going above and beyond to help. Everytime we go in he remembers us and is genuine in his care, making the pharmacy have that lovely community feel. Everything you need is always in stock and if it happens not to be, they are quick to get it ordered in or delivered to you. Top class service. Pharmacies and GPs of Aberdeen should look to these guys as an example of care and service!

This pharmacy gives a first class service. I recently moved to Albyn after years of frustration with my local pharmacy ranging from rudeness to telling me a drug was no longer available when it was I placed an order with Albyn yesterday and it was delivered this afternoon Staff are friendly helpful and very professional. I thoroughly recommend this service
