Great experience.Dropped car off for engine mgmt light fault. Team called me at 10am to say car was ready for collection and fault cleared. Great value for money, but more importantly, respect towards customer shown by explaining work carried out and clarity around recommendations. We also use Alan and team for services and MOT as no unnecessary work is undertaken unless essential. I started using AJ Ross for both our family cars as cost of living and incidental spend has risen in past years and customer service is unbeaten by likes of Arnold Clark etc, and prefer to engage with this friendly independent over the dealerships. Previously taken my car in for the odd little repair and they?ve always been quick and helpful.Recently had my car MOT?d and serviced and cannot fault the quality of their work, the reasonable price I was charged and the great communication and friendly service the provide. Definitely my now go-to garage!
