Really helpful and friendly staff. They saved a bathroom renovation after a different supplier f*@ked it all up and nearly delayed the workmen! Worked hard to find me items that were in stock and got them to me in time. The showroom is quite nice as well, useful to see lots of different style bathrooms on display. I will be going straight there when the next bathroom is getting done and won't faff about with anyone else.P.S - don't confuse these guys with UKbathrooms.com - they are different and very rubbish by comparison!

Had a few quotes at other bathroom places but Jamie knew exactly what I wanted?. Product knowledge helps when you are mixing and matching products because the bathroom is small and I need to get the most out of it..Good work Jamie, will be back for the other bathroom bits

In store customer service was average. However The bathroom delivery came 2 weeks early. Then the wrong items turned up, and we are STILL waiting on the delivery of those items after being sold false promises. Had to re-book tradesmen which costs! Wouldn't recommend.

Bought a Simpsons shower from Oxford branch a few years ago they installed it. LIFETIME warranty - it started leaking so contacted Oxford branch sent copies of paperwork NO RESPONSE

DO NOT HONOUR THE WARRANTY! STAY AWAY
I purchased three Fiora sinks from this company and all over £1000, they are bespoke and there was a lot of delays in getting them, when we got it we got the wrong parts that would not fit to the wall, so we had to wait for a replacement. when the replacement arrived the magnetic drawer would not work hence the drawer would not close, after days of discussion and videos and pictures, the company finally accept to send a replacement part so we can fix it.
less than one year one of the three units start peeling, the one that we have in guest room and barley used, the company send me a DIY kit to fix it myself which I refused, these units comes with 5 years warranty, then I was told we caused the damage and there is no way the paint would come off.
Luckily we have two other unit to compareit to and we know for fact this unit was faulty, they all came at different times so they are not from the same batch. the company has stop replying to me and refuse to replace/refund or fix it.
I would stay away from a company that would not honour their guarantee!!! specially when it cost £1200!

Visited the showroom today, and I was very impressed with the displays on show. I also met a very friendly salesperson called craig who showed interest into what I was looking for and did not try and push a sale or other products on me. Will be sending my plans and hopefully doing business with you guys. Oh and craig keep up that cheeky friendly attitude as I will recommend you to all my friends!!

Train staff better as your staff recommend telling you if its the wrong size they will change it...they dont tell you itll cost you £35 for the privilege 1 star
