Wasted 2.5 to 3 hours of my day and cost me a tenner only to tell me an audiologist wasn't available. How they even get 3.8 is a mystery to me. Go to another branch if you have to go to Specsavers. If you need glasses, go to Boots {or anywhere else}.

Great experience all round. Special shout out to hayley front of house. Went above and beyond for me. I can't remember the ophthalmologist name but again thorough and patient even with problems with pressure in left eye. Highly recommended ?

I really like this branch of Specsavers. The staff are professional & courteous, the service top class. We spent an hour today checking my eyes, for changes in vision, a small cataract, a freckle inside [who knew!], pressure inside, floaters, retinal health, etc. The optician was highly skilled & knowledgeable and took time to explain it all. Thanks Jake & all at the Cowley branch. [Shout out to the NHS, too - all this cost nothing as I'm still ill. We lose it at our peril]
