They are excellent at St Giles Post Office, very busy in the holiday season as one would expect, yet pleasant and very helpful when explaining options to send or ship. Among the best I have dealt with in Oxford.

This is a really great post office. Sean, the manager, is consistantly courteous, hugely efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We (and Oxford) are so lucky to have him.

On Google, Royal Mail website, and Amazon return information, it says this post office is open until 8.30 PM but apparently it is closed at 6.30 PM, and tomorrow I would no longer be able to return my package :( I tried calling multiple times throughout the day as I wanted to check its closing time but the call was never picked up.
