We thought this store was going to be much larger. Hardly any furniture and all items seemed to be very expensive for a charity store. Unless you are local, it's not worth travelling to for any of the usual items that you can get from most charity shops.

Terrible donation arrangements. Good for expensive oxfam products and clothes. Rubbish toy section for the last year.

Went to this store today with an estate car loaded to the gills with items. These had belonged to an elderly neighbour who had phoned to check they wanted all the items. No mention was made of booking a slot and this is not obvious on your website. We were turned away! I went in to speak to the manager which was a waste of time she said the staff were waiting for a drop off. We then sat in the car park for 15 minutes whilst finding another charity to go to (thank you Sue Ryder) during that time no one else arrived!! Having checked the website it does NOT state that you have to book it states that you can book!! Will not support this rich charity again.

The prices are too high for what they sell. Clothing below average for prices above average. I literally drove the whole way from London to find out that I could have gone Camden and bought things for a much better price and quality. Overrated and won't ever come back. I don't recommend young people, specially the ones with a bit of sense.

Love coming here. The Watert Tank Café is fantastic! Great VFM. Cakes and coffees delicious. Perfect after inevitably buying some books or clothes. Music always good too.

Largest second-hand shop in Oxford. Lots of things to buy. Furniture, books, clothes, board games and toys, records. Plenty of parking and good opening hours. Staff very friendly. Donations accepted and encouraged.

Far too much cheap imported junk rather than donations. Beautiful layout of donated items. Easy to find what you want.

They don't take books, despite the website saying they do you are likely to be greeted with a sign saying 'no more books' even at 10:30 so don't waste time and fuel going there. Take them to the BHF bank in Waitrose Headington carpark.

Popped in for 15 mins, my son found three things that will keep him entertained for a while ?. Also stocked up on some fair trade coffee. Lovely atmosphere, nice and spacious.

It always feels like we?re inconveniencing the staff when we come along to donate. This time the issue was that items have to be in boxes (we brought items along in a crate that we wanted to take away). We wonder what will be next: ?Can?t take those, they haven?t got bows on?. Unfortunately, some items got broken trying to get them into some of the other boxes. Next time, we?ll save the environment by going straight to the dump and saving petrol.

The shop is great but donation is awful. I came today to drop off furniture for donation and there was a sign saying closed 1-2pm, I asked the man on the door if I could drop it off as I?d driven quite far and before I could explain I had another car full at home to bring back to donate, he interrupted me and told me just to ?dump it outside? and rolled his eyes and went inside. I opted to donate the other items to a different shop, I don?t think anyone donating is expecting a huge deal made about it but it really isn?t difficult to be polite.
