Very bad customer service, never answer the phone , very rude and disrespectful have elderly people as well as everyone else waiting for over an hour most days ! Not very good experience

I don?t understand how a pharmacy can be this incompetent. There is on average an hour wait to be seen, all queries go to the same counter whether you need to speak to a pharmacist or simply collect a prescription. Prescriptions are never filled when you arrive and staff while friendly enough are painfully slow. The staff member when I arrived today was wearing a baseball cap which looked incredibly unprofessional. If you have any option to use an alternative pharmacy do so as quickly as possible. They also never answer the phone.

This has to be a mistake ? the sign above the customer point of sale counter reads NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE today,s visit was a perfect example of the total lack of it .I counted thirteen people INSIDE WHEN A MEMBER OF STAFF LOCKED THE DOOR ON PEOPLE OUTSIDE .

This business is really on it's knees. Only gave it one star because the option of none was not available Not enough staff, not enough stock. Phones left ringing. Medication missing or incorrect, deliveries not arriving. Long queues, slow service. An overall nightmare.

I don't know what the people of Marston have done to deserve this, but this pharmacy is something of a plague spot. The pharmacists change every 6 months, as do the dispensing staff. So, the level of service fluctuates wildly, but some things you can be sure of are: (1) it will be extremely slow (2) the queue will be long and restless and (3) the phone will be ringing ? they've become inured to it, but as a customer stuck in a hellish queue, it's torture (4) the pharmacy closes between 1pm and 2pm for lunch. (5) every visit ruins your mood and, very possibly, your day.Oh, today some of the shelves were missing so much stock they were bare.

Went to Marston pharmacy gave pharmacy a prescription went back a week later given wrong tablets told them told them they were right tablets went back there 2 days later was told they had no prescription for me rang my doctor she said she sent right tablets to chemist and gave me a code try ringing them twenty times they pick up phone then pull it straight down spend fifteen minutes walking back up there people queue out the door waited half a hourgave them the code then given the right tablets doctor told me to tell them this is life fretting and should not happen again they dont speak English in there have to write your name and date of birth on a scrap bit of paper must be worse chemist in Oxfordshire someday there not open when they should be need a knew chemist in old Marston need closing down! And being report to pharmacy ombudsman!

Never answer phone or if do seems put down immediately. Waiting still on prescription from 3 weeks ago! Delivery guy pleasant as to actual shop don't know what's happened to them but never used to be such a poor service.
