I had a bad experience at M&S today. While attempting to purchase a bottle of coffee, my card was declined twice. As I was about to put the coffee back, a fat lady approached me and accused me of stealing. She was very rude and did not ask me about the situation instead she talked behind my back after I left the store. This is not the first time she has behaved like this, and she has been witnessed being racist to other customers as well. I do not understand why M&S has not taken any action against her. I hope they will take the necessary steps to address this behaviour.

Better since it's refit but you wouldn't go there out of choice. Run by SSP and not M&S so bear that in mind.

This morning I walked into this store to purchase some juice which I picked up and intended to take to the till. The tills were not clearly visible and I walked to a corner of the shop. This is when I noticed a member of staff staring at me. She did not greet me or direct me to the till. She stopped her unpacking and watched me.\\n\\nI'm not sure what her intention was, as I was clearly carrying my purchase and not planning of stealing two small bottles of juice if that was the case.\\n\\nOnce I made my way to the tills, I placed the drinks on the counter. While I looked for my card to pay. This member of staff had made her way to the furthest till and did not notify me to move along. I did not see her as I was looking down in my bag for payment.\\n\\nWhen I did look up she was again staring. I was now fed up with her behaviour! I placed my purchase on the counter which she did not pick up straight away so in that moment I asked 'if there was an issue'. She looked at me dead in the eye and replied 'no'. Then she scanned my items.\\n\\nI asked for a receipt which was placed on the counter. There was no thanks.\\n\\nI have never been made to feel so uncomfortable visiting a store for a few minutes.\\n\\nI will now take this further with Marks and Spencer and ask them to speak with Carolina about her conduct towards customers. If she has an issues with diverse people walking through the door, then she is working in the wrong sector.

Asked for a receipt didn't get one and was short changed. Asked again for receipt was told I couldn't have one because the system didn't print it! Terrible service especially when time is short due to catching a train
