“The welcome at the store its not that great, you literally need to look for someone to talk to.The service was good, I came in the store the resize a bracelet for a watch that they do not even sell so thank you for that.Only thing I would say to you, is to be more open to this kind of service when someone get in contact, we can always be your next buyer:).Also when I have called they refuse to do it but then I received an email saying the opposite.Overall good experience, clean and fast, just communication wise can be better considering the importance of the store :)”
