Just off the ferry from Spain and we live in Cumbria, so we stopped here to break the journey for tomorrow as it was getting late. We're tired and check in by Ali was fast and efficient. Our breakfast and dinner needs were sorted immediately and we've just shared a really tasty pizza before bringing a glass of wine up to our room. Only one towel in the room which is a bit of a bug bear for me in Premier Inns. It happens every time. One towel for 2 occupancy. This was sorted by Ali though and we have been given ample towels to bring back up! Quick thanks to the young lady on the bar, think it was Louisa. Very helpful. Thanks

Had quite a bad experience trying to check in early, despite making early contact to request and told to just turn up. No one was available, and they were then annoyed no notes were left - my fault apparently.

Ali and Louise were awesome. We had homework for our little one and they printed it for us. They provided ice water for the room. They were friendly the rooms were clean and the food real value for money .. Especially the free breakfast for the children.

Excellent Room Product & friendly Reception were the highlights. Room was very comfortable, and clean. Probably the best stay in this class of hotel. Actually a lot better than a higher rated and branded hotel in London where we had stayed prior. Kate, the Hotel Manager was very welcoming and friendly. I wish the breakfast team would learn from her. Hardly a smile, and the Asian Chef was surly and does not belong to hospitality sector. The sausages she grilled were burnt and no attention was made to make the presentation attractive. The only gripe would be the 150 pounds we paid for a double room with breakfast, but as Kate explained patiently to us, Oxford does get busy and is expensive. I have recommended this already to my family whom we travelled to visit, and shall not hesitate to stay again on our next visit in-spite of the average breakfast experience.

Very well placed on the edge of Oxford in a new mixed retail development. Right by the A34. New hotel with nice rooms & welcoming staff. Price was my only gripe. £155 for 1 night. A distress purchase with limited rooms available nearby.

Three of us stayed here for five nights to celebrate our friends' 60th birthday. On mentioning this by a prior phone call, Sally organised for a birthday card and chocolates to be left in her room. She was absolutely delighted. I had also asked for a fan, and if possible our rooms to be near each other... Sorted!! Over the moon. Thank you. Unfortunately Botley Bridge was closed which made it harder for travel, but, didn't dampen our spirits...and obviously not the Hotels fault. I must say the staff are really friendly and helpful, but, they are really understaffed, especially on the evening shift... Trying to greet guests and check them in, solving any issues and having to serve food... They were run off their feet, bless them. We will definitely return.

Only stayed 1 night but was made very welcome right from the time of checking in by a member of staff called Carly. We booked last minute to have a meal in the restaurant. Carly again seated us and took our order. Food was excellent, as was service all through the meal. All made for a very pleasant and enjoyable evening.

Two miles outside the centre of Oxford. Easily walked in 40 minutes. The rooms are modern with everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn. The noise insulation is a problem. Someone using the bathroom, you hear. The downpipe from the upper rooms comes right through your bathroom, so every flush or shower on each level you hear. Someone uses the bathroom in the night, and you hear the extraction fan. There is no window to open in the bedroom either, so very reliant on the AC at a min of 19°. Traffic noise from the nice view of the main dual carriageway. Plus side, the staff are very nice. Free parking in the multi-storey, Co Op next door and a couple of alternative restaurants within 2 mins walk.
