I have noticed recently albeit very gradually, online shops are looking to invest more in customer service, like it's an innovative step to getting more business ?.genius? Well if you've ever shopped with Headington Bathrooms you will realise that excellent customer service is how this business has survived and grown for so many years. Nothing is ever too much trouble, ask a question and on the rare occasion that they don't know the answer, they will not only say so but endeavor to find the answer for you. Excellent product knowledge and wouldn't sell anything they wouldn't buy themselves, if you are either DIY or trade you will be treated with the same respect and courtesy.I would never buy from any other retailer, honestly no one else could compete!!

Headington Bathrooms are a brilliant, well-established local business offering the very best service in bathroom design and supply.They are a hugely knowledgable and friendly team - Neil (the owner of Headington Bathrooms), Glen and Craig are all very customer focussed, with lots of knowledge and advice on products and ideas to support your vision.They are also highly competitive on price - we had a budget, and they helped us come within our target. We are so happy with our new bathroom and can?t recommend them highly enough.

Great service here! I got BS free advice and some good banter with Neil. As a DIY I had to ask some basic questions but Neil was fine with that. I didn't end up ordering the cheapest but I reckon the best value and most suitable for my needs.
