Said no medicine in the store but could be delivered the next day, took my perception and on my next day's return said the same thing again, no medicine in the store and I had to go somewhere else. When I tried to explain that they had taken my prescription yesterday, and promised that it would be delivered the next day, started to talk to me rudely. But finally found in the end. Disorganized, unprofessional service, rude and disinterested staff.

This pharmacy is allegedly the head office of Ahmey's. Appalling levels of Customer Service at both Pharmacies. Bicester is even worse than Oxford. I have made efforts on several occasions to have addressed the lack of service and rudeness of staff at the Bicester Pharmacy. As a result of the total failure by the Bicester Pharmacy to support the local community the website and email addresses are now deleted. It appears that the Cowley Road pharmacy also lacks any customer service. I believe the best solution for all the clients they are failing is to find an alternative pharmacy.

Disorganised, unprofessional service, rude and disinterested staff. Tried telling me that a prescription is valid for 30 days after issue and they'll only dispense 2 weeks if I collect it 2 weeks after issue, even though the prescription was for 3 months of tablets, and when I went in a week before it wasnt ready. They then stated the prescription had already been collected. It hadn't. Staff seem to be particularly rude to women and I was kept waiting for 40 minutes, patronised and offended, then left with no meds. Don't use this pharmacy. It has gone downhill over the past two years, chaotic and inefficient place and service.

Nightmare of a service, they never have the meds in stock and dont even give slips to say they owe you the medicine and then when you get back to them they want to see the slip otherwise they don?t owe you anything. Rest of the time trying to get meds on time and that never happens. Always calling and just fed up. Will be moving elsewhere.

After only collecting part of prescription and being asked to collect the rest later. I paid and left happily and returned a week later to the rest. Was told I had pay again because it was a new prescription. This is after being promised this wouldn't happen. Very very poor won't be using again hopefully.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The service here is atrocious and I would recommend this place to absolutely no one. I booked a private blood test here because I was in a rush- both because I would be going abroad and because the doctor I had booked my appointment with was going on leave. I paid £165 for the results to supposedly come within 4 days maximum, instead they took over 2 weeks. My blood test had to be repeated because they used the wrong tube to start with (though they blamed it on the Royal Mail strikes), my arms were bruised and the person taking my blood did not seem to know what they were doing. From the second blood test, one of the results came up with haemolysis because of a procedural mistake, and now I won't be able to get my prescription for about 1-2 months because of their poor time management. I am not someone who complains about simple mistakes but so many mistakes in a row, and with a staff that doesn't admit them or make an effort to even seem sorry for the mistakes, can make anyone angry. When I would call the pharmacy to ask about my results they wouldn't pick up/ get back to me, and the only option they gave me to 'help' was to get a refund but to cancel the lab work completely so I wouldn't get any results at all. I would be demanding a full refund now but there's no use, because it would probably take months for them to get back to me about it. If you're looking to go to their pharmacy or clinic, I would highly recommend going ANYWHERE else.

HORRIBLE!! went to get a vaccine and was told there was nobody to do it or that the vaccine wasn?t in stock! They spoke so quickly and gave so many excuses, I don?t actually know the reason for being turned away. Then I was ignored. I needed the vaccine for my job, yet there was no prior warning before travelling to this pharmacy. Waste of petrol, waste of time. DO NOT GO HERE

Was there a while ago and I actually forgot to write the review but here it comes. Very rude lady, she shouldn't be working for customer service that's for sure and even less in a pharmacy. She was tired, annoyed, wanted to go home or I don't know. If you are having a bad day I understand but take a breath next time.

the staff are lovely but the service is atrocious - they never have medication in stock so when you come to collect a prescription they put the order for the medication in at the same time and tell you to come back in 3 days. all well and good unless you have less than 3 days of medication left! they never answer their phone either, prescriptions cannot be filled at other chemists after visiting here as they print them and won't release them back to the spine.

I would love to see the staff have training in terms of making this a welcoming place. Say hello and look at people when they come in. Let them know that you know we are waiting. There?s little on the shelves, so don?t expect a shopping experience. It?s all surprisingly impersonal, considering the fact that many of us use this pharmacy frequently. Surely they recognise people. They just want to dispense and be done with!

frustrating as I booked a vaccination online and paid. when I arrived for my appointment they said the vaccine I needed was not in stock and they couldn't provide the vaccination. very frustrating and confusing that I was still able to book the appointment online!! the lady who served me was helpful and refunded my money.

Shocking customer service, no respect for the privacy of people depending on their service, terrible filing system that wastes both their customer time and their own, I've moved my prescription to an online postal provider and I recommend you do the same. Should not be considered a healthcare provider, they come across as an uncaring cash grab.

Really rude staff. Claimed my prescription was out of stock and that they were not able to provide a replacement medicine (even though this is incorrect and I was able to get a replacement from a different pharmacy). Did absolutely nothing to help me when I was really unwell and provided no advice as to what to do - really poor from a pharmacy that should be there for patients. Will never go here again.
