I don't get any joy out of leaving bad reviews, especially for a charity shop but Sue Ryder in Kidlington is extremely overpriced. Items that are worth £5 brand new are selling for £15. The books are extortionately priced and they don't sell. Stock has been in there months because people don't want to pay their over inflated prices. One of the managers is extremely rude but the volunteers are fantastic and work really hard.In contrast the Sue Ryder charity shop in Banbury is fantastic. Very reasonably priced and the manager and her daughter are pleasant and welcoming. I hope Sue Ryder in Kidlington take inspiration from their Banbury shop as the Kidlington store has potential, it just needs to price items fairly and the manager needs to improve her customer service skills.

A decent selection of decently priced used goods...

Very over priced for a charity shop and staff are not blessed with customers service.

Very friendly hard working volunteers. Plenty of of good stuff to be found in their shop.

Average selection of stock, reasonably priced..although some of the vinyl prices are ridiculously high. I found the manager? Supervisor? very rude and curt. Lady with short dark hair..anyway...it's worth a look..
