I cannot remember the last time I received service this good. Scott on reception was helpful from the start, even advising me on where to park. Sereta, who is absolutely charming, took the time to understand my issue and explain my options, directing me to a free service of which I was unaware. Service like this is rare these days and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had blocked ears so went to the doctors as most do. Doctors always give u ear drops but it continued not to work and went completely deaf in left ear spoke to my sister she recommended this lovely place ?? went in and they saw me almost immediately quick check I needed earwax removed booked appointment and went in yesterday was very Pleasant staff are very friendly and professional the women who done my ears was very kind and had a lot of knowledge and she took me though the procedure step by step it was amazing to see what?s inside my ears never seen it before excellent service it was quick would highly recommend want to say a big thank you ? and keep up the excellent work 5 stars ?

This company is superb ! I have attended twice now and each time have been met with excellent care and a lovely and gentle team of staff who know so much more than high street companies who offer cheaper deals.Your ears are precious, which is why I wanted the best to deal with the issues that I was experiencing.They have incredible equipment and expertise that enables them to solve your problem and offer great relief from pain, discomfort and other issues.I strongly recommend this company, and from my experience doubt that you will be disappointed or leave with the problem you came with.Exceptional, many thanks Jan 18th July 2023

I'll cut a long story short; I knew from the moment I spoke to the lovely receptionist that I had found the right place to have my ears taken care of, and that's what Matthew did. He took care of my ear cleaning in such a professional, friendly and informative way.
