Had a car key cut here. It took them a few tries to get it right, but we got there in the end. Friendly service and a reasonable price.Had a key fob battery replaced today. It was quick and easy!

Brilliant service, very friendly too. I had broken my lorry key in the door of my lorry. I took the two twisted pieces of key to Mr Mend and the man, I'm sorry I didn't get his name, not only did a fantastic job making a new key from the pieces, but he went the extra mile and took the chip out of my old key and inserted it into my new key. Good as new. He saved me a 2 hour wait for someone to bring me a spare key. I cant thank him enough. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Brilliant service, super fast, local business and very friendly too. I had to add some whole to the straps in a pair of sandals and Mr. Mend did this in less than 2' and with no fuss. I cant thank them enough. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Overpriced. I suspect I was taken advantage of. Had an unresponsive screen, after a couple of days after picking it up, my phone is still unresponsive. I paid £280. I think it's weird that I was also required to give you my passcode. You didn't need to go into my phone for any reason. That's low of you to do things like that to people. Why? I hope the money was worth it. You are selective on who you treat well and who you try and swindle. Horrible individual. It's no coincidence that there are such opposing reviews.

I'm a fun bubbly person but felt right out of place here (Stick to the road lads). The gentleman made me feel like I had invaded his space and not welcoming at all.When I was looking for a cobbler on Google I wanted to shop local and not go for a brand name. But wished I hadn't bothered.

Ridiculously high price for key duplication. Have a Euro cylinder key that couldn't get copied in the US because no one carries the blanks. I was told 10 pounds for one key or 15 pounds for two. I suspect when I had mentioned that I couldn't get a key made in the states, I was given the "soak the tourist" price.As it turns out there was another key place in the town, and I asked how much to duplicate the key -- 5 pounds first key, half of that for the second key.
