Dec 2023 and Jan 2024We had a really warm reception from Biaggio's. Joanne was so helpful without trying to sell us anything. She wanted me to find the right ring for me. Also communicated well with us by phone and email. We bought a beautiful topaz ring for our 3oth wedding anniversary. we think its wonderful.Another time a lady helped a friend and myself by cleaning some jewellery for us.Thank you.A lovely experience.from Pam and Gary Coward

I lost my gold cross which was of great sentimental value as it was a gift from my beloved late Mum for my 40th Birthday. My lovely husband wanted to buy me another. Mine had a ruby in it and Jules said they could replicate it. Biagio's team you are wonderful and I can't tell you how happy I am as it is beautiful. We have been going to Biagio for many years, because of the quality of their work, and the consistent standards of service from the team.When we wanted a special piece making for my wife, Biagio was the natural choice. On this occasion, Anna guided us through the entire process. We were given the fullest possible information, and offered an array of choices. Anna offered the benefit of her expertise, but at no stage did we feel even the slightest degree of pressure, or a desire to up-sell. All the decisions were ours ? but they were the better for having Anna to help us.The finished product was even better than we had dared anticipate, which is a rare thing nowadays. Dealing with Anna and all her colleagues has been a delight, and Biagio can be justifiably proud.Absolutely flawless, and a model of how things should be done.

We highly recommended Biagio Thame for their service and the amazing quality of their workmanship.Over the past 4 years we have had 3 rings made from family pieces of great sentiment turning them into beautiful family heirlooms. The latest one thanks to Anna?s imaginative design and Stephen?s amazing workmanship has turned 2 unworn rings, that although of sentimental value we?re not wearable, into a fabulous ring I can now wear and pass onto to my family.

My fiancé and I had a beautiful, custom-made engagement ring designed by Sharon & the team at Biagio. It was a such a pleasant, calming process from start to finish and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! It was great to see the CAD images during the design stages and were flexible with any amendments we put forward. Sharon was also very helpful with suggestions on how best to protect the stones from everyday wear and tear, and we even received a lovely bottle of champagne on completion! We will be returning to purchase our wedding bands very soon!

Outstanding service.Having been to a few companies to look at engagement rings I was left feeling flat and empty. Then we met Anna.She congratulated us which was a first, set a happy tone to the appointment, then listened to my likes and dislikes and very quickly got a feel for what would work. She disappeared and came back with MY RING!We had no intention buying the ring that day but the moment was just so perfect we didn't want to break it.Thank you Anna and thank you Biagio for having some fabulous pieces of jewellery.
