Prompt and helpful. You need to know what you are going for. So use the excellent click and collect service. They will have it ready in minutes.

They never have the stock I need available on same day, I know they cannot hold every item in stock but it's always the most commonly used items they don't have?

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the desk, also let me bring in my staffy as it was raining out and I don't drive so was really nice of them to do that ( dogs are allowed in store anyway) but I was not aware so was a lovely experience today.

Brilliant, I ordered to witney by mistake instead of Faringdon. They sorted it easily. As I didn't need to drive for a hour in order to finish the job, I was able to get home in time for dinner cooked by Ava.
