Pharmacy to much talking and only one person serving no help from the other people about5 people in back one person on computer so why can?t he help he can go back to his computer that?s why people get angry with boots no organation that?s why boots get a bad report hope they can sort it out

We ordered heart medicine for our son 1 week ago only to be told today that they don?t have it. This branch has 0 communication and 0 remorse - the reason we have to order 1 week ahead in the first place is because they?re so bad at telling you that the medicine is ready.The pharmacy clearly needs new management. We now have to HUNT for heart medicine which could?ve easily been ordered in (in a WHOLE week) or called us to say we couldn?t get it.No communication, no care about people?s medication. Steer clear of this pharmacy if you actually need your medication.

Now the only place to buy over the counter medication at the Orchard Centre, and yet no one serves you. In fact, they actively ignore you. 15 minutes stood at the counter whilst the staff completely ignored me.

Good sized Boots, friendly staff and variety of products. Pharmacist is always organised despite being busy most of the times I've been.

Pharmacy is very disappointing... I'm pregnant, been waiting for my prescription for a couple of weeks now and there's no way to call them as no one is answering the phone. I've been trying to call for days to pharmacy, optician, general enquiries and no answer...Every time I go there the queue is massive, then prescription is not ready and I have to wait another 20min. Last time I waited 40 min in total. I don't know if they're so understaffed, but it's just getting worse and worse.

Utterly useless pharmacy. Seems to always take over a week to make prescriptions up after GP approval, and always long queues because so chronically understaffed. Most of the staff there don't seem to know what they are doing either.

A terrible in store experience at the pharmacy. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff which goes against my expectation for Boots.

The pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. There?s always a long queue. Then the prescription hasn?t been filled and you have to come back only to stand in the 30 minute long queue again or come back the next day. Rarely do they fully fill the script either. Why are the managers so incompetent in dealing with obvious problems that are antagonising so many customers? Seriously you need to get your act together.
