Why oh why did I not look at these reviews before ordering! I did receive my items but all were scratched and damaged. The phone number rings but isn't answered.

UPDATE: logged a claim through PayPal, GTC never responded and paypal have now forced the refund through.Worst company i've ever dealt with - not an exaggeration. Like many of their customers who have left reviews - you order an item that is listed in stock, pay a crazy delivery fee and then have 10++ weeks wait for it to be delivered. This happened to me, I ordered a corner sofa set and a log store, the corner sofa arrived 6 weeks after delivery and the log store (even though ordered at the same time) arrived 11 weeks (17 weeks in total) later AND when it arrived they delivered a wheelie bin storage instead, I was told by the delivery company its not their fault and to call the company - GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. First of all their phone number on their instruction manual is incorrect, when you do get the correct one via google you can never get through, emails are left unanswered. so now im stuck with a wheelie bin cover I did not order and a log store that cost me £300 no where to be seen , I will be logging a small claim in the courts and asking my credit card provider to re-imburse me.

Still waiting for an order I made nearly a month ago! No response to my emails from customer service or on their online chat. Just automated response. No idea where order is, no idea if il ever get it or my money back.

Ordered online three weeks ago! No delivery, no response online, on their website chat help, phone lines are disconnected! What awful service from Garden Trading! Will I get my order who knows! When will I get it? Who knows! What a joke! Will I get a refund well it?s hard when no one answers emails, chat or phone! Get it together guys! Seems like decent product and prices! Figure out how to operate a decent service at least instead of ignoring customers.

Just abysmal. Appalling customer service. Waiting for refund of a £60 delivery charge, they have completely disappeared, no response at all, despite me following all their instructions.I hear rumours the company is about to go into administration- this would explain a lot. Be very careful before giving them any of your money.

Buyers BEWARE only received one of two door mats ordered and that was after numerous emails and the phone number given is switched off, so with that and them not replying to emails I don?t hold out any hope of receiving my second door mat.Will not recommend this company in fact stay well clear.

I've ordered a garden mirror and cannot track my order. The website is not working correctly and the owners seem to have taken the phone off the hook so you can't speak to anyone. It feels like this is a company in terminal decline and I'm unlikely to hear anything more! I've sent an enquiry email this morning but in truth don't expect to receive a reply. BE WARNED THIS FEELS LIKE A DODGY COMPANY!

advertising and selling products they physically dont have. Ordered 2x Barrington plant stands on retail site with delivery 3-5 days. Chased up by phone after 7days to be told they dont have them in stock and waiting for them to be despatched from supplier to customers, but couldnt provide timescale or tracking. Still showing 'in stock ready for despatch' on website. Dont understand why they are selling products they dont have. order no 6133015

After purchasing a pendant light from Garden Trading just over a year ago, it has stopped working. An electrician confirmed that the light is faulty. Given the fitting cost £90 I would expect an electrical item to last significantly longer than a year. Customer service via chat on the website just keeps saying that it was out of warranty after 12 months so would do nothing. Its 13 months old! If the items from this company are so poor they only last a year, I will not be buying from them again!

Utterly stressful lack of customer service. Phone line is permenantly offline, no chat and nor response to emails. I am waiting for a refund from a return for over a month despite trying everything to contact customer services. Worse customer services I've ever experienced, shame as this did not used to be the case nor would you expect it from such a company. They still owe me money?!

Absolutely terrible, ordered a large amount of items in the sale around Nov 2022 time. Sent some items back and had to chase the refund, had no clue if the items even arrived back, the garden lights I ordered were faulty and not working so sent back for a refund well before Christmas and I?m STILL chasing for me refund for them. I?ve emailed customer services regularly and the response is always ages after my email and always promising the moneys been sent back to me and to my surprise after 3 times of hearing this, still no refund! Do not shop with this company!!

BEWAREOrdered items and paid for named day delivery for the 15th December. Items have still not arrived and customer service do not reply to emails and their telephone lines are constantly engaged. I would strongly advise against using this company. They clearly don't care - Really poor customer service experience. Shop elsewhere!

Garden Trading have been really great at sorting out a problem that arose with our outdoor table after the warranty expired. Table was replaced - and when that table arrived damaged, it was replaced again. It's rare that companies will step up when they can simply say "No- your warranty period is over". I really am impressed with the way they dealt with it. Thank you!

I placed an order during the Black Friday sales, and the following day, received an email from Garden Trading saying that due to a website error the order hadn?t gone through. The email stated that if I re-ordered the items they would honour the original discount and refund the difference to me. I have done this but have had absolutely no response from GT to any of my emails asking when I can expect to receive the refund. They have been misleading and the customer service is terrible (I still haven?t received the full price order either).
