Such wonderful friendly staff, always happy and willing to help they brighten up my day whenever I visit . I make a point to use this particular store because of the overall attitude from everyone that works there. Thanks to Steph and Nicki keep doing what you?re doing. Stuff like you make a very necessary part of every day life a complete pleasure.

Long queues at checkouts with only four working. When will Tesco's learn people don't want self scan. Put employees back on the tills not stood around watching.

a great breakfast in the Tesco cafe... friendly, helpful staff, good grub and drinks at a reasonable price, clean tables.... well done @Tesco...

Staff are great, produce good. But avoid Sundays- the mgmt don't seem to think people shop on a Sunday!! The Dot com operatives were struggling, the managers need to do a shift in their shoes! That was just the chicken shelves ... it was similar for the mince and other areas too. (Pic taken at 10.45am so not long after store opening!)

I was in store by 7am, the car park was virtually full. Absolutely disgusted that so much stuff wasn't available. Half my shopping list, including goods required for Christmas, were not in stock. I always check online to see what's on offer, especially the clubcard offers, but this was a waste of time. So frustrating.

Appalling experience shopping at the automated tills. Ludicrous forcing of customers to scan shopping utilizing a belt not fit for purpose. A large trolley purchased but with great resentment. Put staff back on before you lose your customers. If I wanted to scan my own products I?d get a job being paid to do it. I want the shop to help me. Think of your shoppers- we are tired and do not need our lives made more difficult and our lunchtime taken up standing in queues using rubbish scanners

We went to shop there today and of course all the staff operated tills had really long queues so we had to go to the new self service tills as we didn?t have time to stand in a queue for ages. Little did we know this way of scanning was so much worse. We couldn?t pack the trolley immediately, we had to scan the items then move it onto the scale so it can recognize the item, meaning our shopping was towering to the ceiling. We had to keep asking this poor lady for help as every other item we scanned ?was not recognized?. The overall experience with this new way of scanning and paying is the worst thing tesco has done, even more so the manager wasn?t even on site to talk to. Please tesco just hire more people and get rid of these systems, no one in our queue liked using it. We definitely won?t be doing our Christmas shop here, or coming again until these systems are removed and we get the staff operated tills back. I?m sure I speak for a large amount of your customers, please listen to us.

Went to buy a charger cable and asked for a security tag to be removed at self checkout their was a second security sticker on the item that caused me to be stopped it was embarrassing and made me anxious it's a stupid policy to have two tags i could have done without the anxiety

In a world where the cost of living is increasing and stores like Aldi and Lidl are providing lower cost products. Tesco is combating this by increasing its prices and providing a steadily worse service. Here in Abingdon, the kiosk now closes at 9pm, the garage only has two pumps open and the staff at the self serve tills stand around gossiping and looking at their phones, rather than handling the eight customers who are stuck because the tills can't recognise a banana. Perhaps a rethink of the strategy is in order?

The tills that had cashiers had long, long queues, only 3 self service tills open so reluctantly went on one with shopping trolley full . Took for ever to scan everything, made worse by having to wait for member of staff to put through our carrier bags 3 or 4 times. Worse shopping experience I've had , it's simply not working Tesco, employ more staff !!!!
