The post office itself is closed. The only thing they can do at the coop is sell you stamps or post things for you... which a postbox can do. Rubbish

I just made a return transaction and I paid 4 pounds for it. Then I couldn't see the track number on the paper. It was too difficult to understand the person who was speaking, I think he was having a bad day. Then I said there was no track number. The room took the payment without telling me that I needed to pay again. When I asked why I was paying it again, he said he canceled the transaction. But he demanded money again without refunding the money for the first transaction he made (and most importantly, without even telling me this). I paid a total of 8 pounds without even realizing what it was. It's a place I go all the time, I liked the staff very much, they are all very friendly people, but this situation made me a little sad. The problem is not the money, the problem is the way it is treated. Thank you

Sunday opening times are misleading. The PO counter is closed. The Coop main till will accept cash paying-in, but nothing else is available. Although website says some restrictions at different times of the week, I think the counter being closed is a pretty big restriction, and should be clearly stated on the website. Coop assistant said they get lots of complaints, and I should contact the Royal Mail! Clearly not aware they are two completely different organisations.

Unpleasant customer service experience. I came to collect my parcel. I had a SMS and attempted delivery card. I had a photo of my passport which is normally accepted. The older lady that works there refused it and made me go back home to bring the passport. I wasted 30 minutes. Very sad and unhappy person. Customer Service should have some happy faces around.

Do not trust the opening times that website demonstrates. This is only for restricted services. For most of them, only can be done from 09:00 - 17:30.

Post office has an out of hours counter at the coop tills, this is a restricted service which you can find on the post office website. They are also closed on bank holidays. The out of hours are open on Sunday 10-4pm Monday -Friday 8-9am & 5:30pm -10pm and Saturday 8-9am & 2pm-10pm. Mostly for sending mail and picking up parcels? please feel free to call the coop during out of hours to check if they offer the service you need.

Regular post office staff are competent, but pretty coarse and rude. Co-op post office staff seem ok, just not very competent

Quite possibly the worst post office possible. I ordered off amazon for pick up due to me working (funnily enough, at amazon). I arrived after receiving the delivered message/email all amazon customers receive. To be told it's not there and 'I've searched through over 25,000 parcels out there'. Which is not true at all. Also as amazon drivers you physically cant sent the delivered parcel message until that parcel has been scanned and scanned against the post offices QR code. So in reality the woman behind the counter just couldn't be bothered to find it. I would just simply avoid using this pick up location all together because the staff are all clearly incompetent.

Post Office is inside Abingdon town centre Co-op store. The post office does a good currency exchange service.
