I must say the staff here are amazing, friendly and amiable no matter who's working, they even do free treats of hot chocolate and sweets for the children at Halloween, other shops should take note. Keep up the brilliant work!

The dude behind the counter could have done with some help when the queue was about 15 people strong...he kept a smile and dealt with it but we had to wait a long time to be served.
