I ordered a deliveroo to get some medicine as I was sick. Co op cancelled the order because they didn't have any medicine in stock. I drove their 15 minutes later and the isle was full of the exact medicine I asked for.

Good selection of foodstuffs. More expensive than supermarkets but good quality food. Post Office attached to business is an asset. Cash from UK banks can be withdrawn inside building only from Post Office. Excellent Co-op staff during normal daytime working hours.

Overpriced, shouldn't cost £1.80 for a pack of M&Ms. Also didn't need to see the workers go on a smoke break outside.

Very unhelpful costumer service.. store expositor and manager are not able to do their job properly.They refused to sell me the product with the exposed price.The whole shelf was on sale and they refused me to sell the product for the price shown?

Consistently forget items in Deliveroo orders yet still charge for them anyway. Expect to lose around a £10 from each order you make to this Co-op on Deliveroo. Appalling.

very rude staff, irresponsible and ignorant workers used to be a good store to go into , very disappointing . Staff should treat customers with respect lady in there was very rude towards people today didn?t have to be so disrespectful . several customers lost due to their attitude

While in a long que (due to social distancing in place) for post office inside this Co-op, suddenly an elderly lady with Co-op uniform approaching and asked me to wait and queing outside. I didn't mind at all, as the dark cloud turning better and breathing using N95 mask feel lighter outside anyway. It was pretty quick the que clear up and I can get back and this time straight in post office area. While waiting to be served, I saw a big bloke, without mask, standing at the same spot before I was asked to wait outside. Surprisingly, the same lady saw him, walking next to him and did not do anything. It make me smile and smile under the mask.Oh.... I forgot to mention, the big bloke is white, while I am not

I went into this store Friday 18th of June 2021 I was served by a well spoken grey haired lady who had just finished serving a gentleman who had forgotten his wallet she proceeded to put his shopping behind the counter as he lived only 10 minutes away she then proceeded to serve me I had 8 bottles of old crafty dad beer I also bought a £5 scratch card and ASKED for 2 lucky dip on the euro lottery she gave me A ticket which I placed in my wallet admittedly I didn?t check, I popped to Budgens peach Croft Saturday asked for my EURO lucky dip to be checked firstly it wasn?t a Euro ticket but a thunder ball to add insult to injury it had already been paid out, in short I will never trust well spoken grey haired ladies again and avoid using CO OP north court again I know it?s only £5 but the principle, Becareful and always check your tickets
