My husband and I went here today to drop a parcel off for UPs. It was the first time I've done this and yes amazon hadn't given me the full instructions as it was going to the USA. The lovely lady behind the till was very patient and she did all the work I didn't do. She was so helpful and she got it sorted for me. Can't... read full comment
