We ordered a sofa yesterday evening which arrived at Whitwell at 8:30 this morning by 2 big fellas who were only to Happy to unpack and set the sofa up for my and my wife. Great. Speedy service. Definitely helped along by the delivery drivers and their service.

I find the Worksop Argos that's in the Sainsbury store in Worksop really useful. Easy parking and polite staff.

Placed an order on line, first time for me. Reasonably easy, got a message to say it was ready. Went down to Sainsburys was in and out in a few minutes. Quick and efficient.

Worksop Argos-useless. I think you guys need to do a stock check. Ordered a gaming chair last night for girlfriends sons birthday on Sunday. Got a confirmation email saying chair will be ready for collection after 9am this morning. We could have bought 1 & got it delivered on Sunday from Amazon but we thought it would be nicer to have the present wrapped & waiting for him. So I got up early to make the 35 mile round trip to Worksop to find another email saying our order had been cancelled ! The item now seems to be out of stock at all other Argos stores too. You also need to sort your Ebay out because although you list numerous items on there, when we click to buy, every item is out of stock. If you are relying on online sales at the moment Argos, you need to initially sort out your online buying process & ensure that if you advertise an item that you do actually have it in stock !! Lazy & useless. We have now missed our Amazon slot & cannot get one until Monday from them.

I would give argos zero stars as I paid for an items to be delivered which when I placed my order they were both in stock I only received one and when I phoned up they said that paying for an item doesn't guarantee me getting it, I paid for that item so I should have received it.

Find another Argos store. Honestly, if you want to be greeted to staff just standing around then that's what you'll get here. Tried to bring back a faulty item, they refused as they claimed it was accidental damage. They then tried to package it back up me and rammed it into the packaging, I had to stop them as it would have caused further damage. Advised to speak to the supplyer, who then agreed that it was a faulty good and offered to replace the item.Went back to Argos with this information, they continued to tell me that they would not be able to replace them, despite the manufacturer saying that it is a faulty item. I asked if I would be able to get the new pair and then come back for a refund, they then said they would be unable to do this either. Never had such bad customer care in my life. Avoid. Avoid! AVOID!

Just your standard Argos really. Rarely has the things you want in stock. Could do with the touch screens wiped more often. Other than that normally a pleasant experience. Friendly staff.

After purchase salesperson gave me a £5 voucher for spending over £50
I suggested it would have been more beneficial if she had informed me of the voucher offer before completing sale as I could have used it to purchase £4 item
