“Called today at Vodafone Sutton in Ashfield for advice on upgrading. Natalie and James were brilliant. They came up with a plan that was very similar in cost but a lot more in my upgrade. I didn’t have to change my phone. They really are customer friendly. They explained in a manner I could easily follow as I am not good at tech (too old to learn). I really did feel like a valued customer. Thank you”

“My mobile phone wasn't working properly...a charging problem.Looking on the phone manufacturer's site it was said I could take my phone to EE for repair.As Sutton in Ashfield is my nearest I took it in.EE promise a 'Next Day Service' on mobile repairs.I took my phone into the store on Wednesday.After quite a long wait I was served and after a Q & A session and a check on the charge problem my phone was sent away for repair.It was trackable via the EE repair Website so I was able to see progress.The phone arrived on Thursday and was repaired Friday and returned by Saturday.I can't give 5* as I wasn't notified my phone had been returned to store so I had to wait untill Monday to collect it.As part of the service I was given a loan phone.”
