There are a couple of really nice staff here, whom the rest could/should learn from. The young girl with straight dark brown hair in particular is extremely rude. Haven?t seen her before the shop moved to the porta-cabin so not sure if new or a temp.Instead of fobbing off and dismissing people that are asking you questions, try listening and not talking down to them. Particularly when there is no queue. I?m sure you have to encounter and manage many idiots day to day, but it?s a mistake to assume everyone you speak to falls into this category.Hoping you were just caught in a bad mood and this isn?t typical behaviour, but I?m hoping it?s your colleagues handling my prescription next time.

My husbands been on chemotherapy for over 4 years and he doesnt have to pay for his prescriptions , Went to collect his perscription today and a young girlie asked if he had to pay I said no hes got terminal cancer she asked to see his exemption certificate this is the first time ive ever been asked for it in all the years that my husbands had Cancer . She said well you may have to pay so i reassured that he's only got a few months to live so not to worry he wont be having many more prescriptions . I just signed the prescription slip and left the shop talk about empathy I guess my visit rattled her but then again I doubt it

Just been into Selston pharmacy stood there for at least 10 minutes both staff members looked at me and walked away absolutely no customer care at all no manners so I left without being served before I died of old age you must be proud off how you train your staff

I changed my chemist the staff argue I'm told when they get a repeat prescription it then takes 5 days to fill seemed to be a problem every 2 months I gave up with the place the new chemist is Brilliant best thing in did was move from selston one

Absolutely horrendous in terms of organisation. The team is always lovely when you go in but ever 2 months my prescription magically becomes no longer repeat despite it having been repeat for over a year and recently they have claimed I have picked up a prescription I haven?t on my paperwork. This is a regular occurrence and the stress of having to sort it ever couple of months is exhausting and I will be finding a new pharmacy soon

The customer service has gone downhill exceptionally severely in the past couple of months. My hubby was left without his medication over the weekend and we had to call 111 to get an urgent replacement prescription. Shocking telephone manner also when I called to say that half of my prescription was missing. We will be changing.

Regulary late on delivering. Not very organised and poor customer service. Went to Pharmacy2u and they seem to work more efficent and I dont even see anyone for them!
