Simple instructions on delivery can’t be followed. Asked to ring the callbell, literally given you the flat entrance code, apparently you can’t read english. Food delayed for 2 hours on delivery and then putting the blame on customer for not picking up the phone for literally 2minutes , and being rude on the phone.
