Food was lovely. But came in with a group of 15, manager decided she wanted to play a game and do a whole song and dance about TGIF quiz which was cringe, and that was before they even took food orders, took 90 mins to get the food, 15 min wait between first and last served which made for awkward eating.Food was great, service needs work.

Absolute rubbish meal !I Feel totally ripped off considering it was a family treatLots of the items were missing from the menu no sirloin ,no sweet potato fries and no draught beerVery Slow service and unorganisedVery Bland steak I could cook better myselfAnd they charge £16.30 for around 20 nachos on a plate very small portion for 2 peopleFries looked and tested like frozen chipsIt's a disgrace I won't be rushing back here with the family

The place was cold and no heating appeared to be on. The host was friendly but the server acted as though he didn?t want to be there. Waited ages to order drinks, and then food seemed to take an age to come to the table. We didn?t get a check back to see how it all was. The prices didn?t match the atmosphere or service. Visited the bathrooms which were ok but passed by the kitchen in the way and the floor was strewn with litter and old food that the 2 team standing at the pass should have took 2 min to sweep up as they weren?t busy. Won?t be going back and don?t recommend it.

The food was amazing. Also the girl who helped us was so lovely. She was honestly trying her best to make sure everything was perfect. The only thing is that the place was a bit cold and the music a bit loud but I would still recommend coming here because of the good food and lovely people.

Visited today and TGI Nottingham has by far the filthiest toilets i have every seen for a restaurant... Clumped up wet tissue paper in the sinks and near the toilet... urine on the floor in one of the cubicles (which was probs cleaner than the toilets). Pools of water on the floor making the floor slippy (irony of them having a Slippery Floor sign) when it was clear they hadn't cleaned the toilets all day... Pretty disgusting when i had to take my children in there to use them, and as for the sounds of it from my wife the women's weren't any cleaner!! As for the food the waitress we had think her name was Simi or something like that was very pleasant and was very pro active for the service she provided for us.. However we did have some random male waiter stand over us for 5 minutes and talk utter nonsense to us while we were trying to eat which was off putting, rather than clean the table next to us like he was meant to be doing.. The food itself was average mozzerella sticks were good, the JD sesame chicken was good but the chips were really salty and luke warm cabbage as a salad... didnt really warrant the £76 they charged me considering that also had 20% off... wont be in any rush to return anytime soon...

Absolutely disgusting. Food was mediocre for the price. Get better at McDonald?s.Waitress finished and only passed on part of information to next waiter/manager.Told we would get child?s meal free if we had the app and had 2 main meals.,they never took off the bill and ended up unable to remove it.Restaurant was absolutely freezing. Couldn?t take my coat off.Overall horrific experience. Won?t be wasting my money.

Awful service from the minute we walked in, not welcoming as I would of expected for a first time customer.We booked for 9 of us in weeks in advance for our daughters birthday, paid a deposit. The booking comes around and the first thing we are told as we walk in and give our name "the table isn't ready and go to the bar to clear the entrance". When show to the table it could barely seat 6 comfortably, we pointed out its not big enough I asked to be moved to be told to "squeeze up, it can seat plenty". We finally got moved and our order was eventually taken, after just over an hour the server comes over to say, we don't have houmous for the nachos for one of the 4 starters we had ordered, I said no problem, could I have more salsa or sour cream. Another 20 minutes and another server come over to say..... the prawn cocktail will have to be served hot? When I question (who I was told was a manager) his response was "yeah sorry about that, it was just a Fuc# up in the kitchen" completely inappropriately behaviour. After 1 hour and 40 minutes we left with only 2 starters brought to out table. We requested our deposit back and left. Spoke to the general manager who tells me it's his first day from another restaurant in Coventry and he was going to turn the place around, just give him time. Unfortunately after tonight I won't be coming back and telling everyone how diabolical your restaurant is.Shameful experience and behaviour of staff.

Good food, ribs were cold but manager sorted. Not an issue. Service was average but to be fair to them is was mega busy I would still go again. Enjoyed it overall.

My daughter and I visited TGI's for a meal before our show at the Royal Concert Hall. Our drinks were served and the food order was taken fairly soon (by the lovely Simi) after sitting at our table where unfortunately we were cold, as it was near the door but the heater wasn't doing anything to help.However after waiting half an hour I had to ask another person when our food was going to arrive, otherwise we wouldn't have time to eat. She asked if we were going to a show, I said yes, so she went to see where it was and brought it out a few minutes later.While we had no problem with the food, we didn't enjoy it as much because of the rush to get to the concert. I also feel that if I hadn't have asked we would have had to leave without eating.If we visit again we would mention that we are going to a concert so we don't have to wait too long.

Terrible service from the waitresses who were preoccupied flirting and taking photos with a bunch of chavvy lads who were in. Waited over an hour for a drink and an hour and a half for our food. Had to ask for the same drink 3 times and ask where the food was twice. Upon the point of nearly walking out the waitress came over and offered us a balloon sculpture of a dog. Literally couldn't belive it at this point. When the food arrived it had clearly been sat on the pass for ages, my med rare steak was bone dry and well well done with all the juice leaked out on to the kids sir plate and dried up. I only ate it all due to being absolutely starving as we had been sat there for so long. The burgers were all so dry. I did get the steak taken off the bill but didn't really make up for the absolutely terrible experience, fodo and service we recieved. Will never return. Advise others to steer clear.Vegetarian options: Severely lacking vegetarian options. Finance was very disappointed.

The food was awful. Overpriced, small portions, mass produced. £10 for three loaded potato skins which were not even loaded - just a dab of cheese and a bit of bacon sprinkled on. The food has definitely deteriorated a great deal over the years. But the service was really good.
