My visit in store today was absolutely awesome as I knew what I wanted, but Satveer made my experience most pleasant & was extremely helpful, with her expertise experience.Lovely member of staff great accent ti the store.

The store struggled to manage just four customers on an easy day like January 1st. Checkout took a frustratingly long 15 minutes due to slow cashiers. The floor manager's actions were disappointing?they let someone skip ahead by falsely claiming she had been waiting, even though she hadn't. To make matters worse, this person had no purchases, just some simple inquiries that a manager could've handled independently. It's frustrating when unnecessary tasks are delegated instead of resolving issues efficiently. And despite all this, they claim there are no sales. Overall, it was a truly disappointing experience.

I was served by Sarah at NEXT Victoria Shopping Centre and observed a stark difference in her treatment between the white customer before me, who received a warm and friendly demeanor, and my experience, which felt dismissive and cold. Notably, Sarah did not even make eye contact or offer a simple thank you until prompted by my own expression of gratitude.It's disheartening to note such a contrast in treatment, and I believe in the principles of fair and equal treatment for all customers, regardless of their background. I also want to highlight that it is against the law to discriminate based on religion, race, or skin color. I trust that this matter will be investigated promptly, as I value the high service standards associated with NEXT.

some very lovely and helpful members of staff however there was a lady called lindsey who clearly didn?t know how to speak to members of staff or customers and was very sarcastic and rude

I ordered a pair of curtains online from Next click and collect. I collected them from their store in the Victoria Centre Nottingham.The staff at the store were first rate and ever so helpful. However,they are been let down in my view, by the following management practice. My own personal email address is private certainly not available for distribution to numerous other retail organisations. Several days after collecting the product I received an advertising email from a review company,(Feefo) asking for my opinion of Next?s service.Several days after that I received another spam email from the company that had made the curtains,(Laura Ashley),asking for my opinion of their product. Next had sold/passed on my private email address to these other companies. Last year I had to change my email provider as another company had done exactly as Next had done and in consequence I was averaging eight items of email spam per day.I will not shop at Next again.

I went into next this morning to return an online item.I get to the check out a woman in front of me was also returning a online item.I was hurried out of the way by some women no you can't return online to checkouts - you must go to the drop box.It's too much hassle for me when I have my autistic son with me who wonders if I turn my back, I was stressed and not feeling well and it's much easier for me to hand items to check out than go right to the back of the shop and faff aboutThe women was pushy, she did not listen and frankly kept repeating well this is the way all our shops are going.Normally she would have got told to sod off - only because I wasn't feeling well she didn't get a peace of my mind.I never experienced rudeness in this store by any member of the store staff.

I'd like to thank the team including one the managers, Louise, she was very helpful with helping me find the right fit for a specific shirt. That came with a tie.The shirt had regular fit writen on the label but it was slim fit and she investigated that for me.Also the rest of the team were very helpful.I always come back to NEXT as it's the best place to shop.Specially their new suits range ?????

Had an awful experience here. Do not recommend it. The customer service from Lindsay was particularly bad. Very rude and had absolutely no idea about how to speak to members of the public, will not be returning.

Followed around by a lady with a greasy slicked back bun. Tried to ruin my shopping experience with my son. I know she felt silly when she had to watch my complete my purchase at the tills ?

Absolutely disgusted with a member of staff in the store who goes by the name of Lindsay. Me and my partner were shopping and having a laugh because she had a sneezing fit on which she covered her face. She suffers with allergies therefore could not help this. As this Lindsay walked passed us she commented and said "there is still Covid out here you know" and looked at my partner and I in disgust. As the both of us are NHS staff one of which works in A&E swabbing Covid patients, we are well aware that this exists! I could understand if she hadn't of covered her face whilst sneezing but she did. The comment she made was unnecessary and she made us feel very unwelcome after that. As my partner had not long finished a 12 hour shift on nights, she wanted to unwind with a bit of retail therapy. Safe to say she never received the customer service she expected from this store because of Lindsay's vile attitude towards her and myself.Next please sort your staff out and have a word with this woman please, she's not a credit to your store by far. And I also suggest if she's that bothered and worried about Covid, then perhaps she should wear a face covering in future.Many thanks.

We came here to buy a shirt for a funeral and my boyfriend didn?t know his neck size (he?s never bought a proper shirt before) - it took us about 10 minutes to find a member of staff to help. We finally found a lady with short blonde hair and glasses, no name tag, who was so sarcastic and rude. Wouldn?t measure his neckline herself and made us do it by just handing us a tape measure, complaining and swearing out loud about how the changing rooms had been left by previous customers. Then disappeared with the tape measure as soon as we were finished and didn?t come back to help again. Really poor service.

Went to collect an order and the member of staff could not find my parcel. She said there were hundreds of parcels to go through and that she couldn't find it. She made me feel like a nuisance and her customer service was poor. I won't be returning to this store based on the rude and demeaning attitude of this staff member who didn't want to do her job properly.
