What's not to like about new look, different themes in different stores. You can bag a bargain in the many sales. Good quality on trend clothing at good affordable price. Denim selection a bit disappointing. In store discount offers for doing a survey.

Just your average new look clothes .shoe department downstairs children's upstairs. Friendly staff took a while to get a refund. As one of the women had to go find a senior possibly have the senior around or more of them ..or make sure general staff are able to give a refund

My Sister And Myself Enter The Store Hoping That They Had Jeans That Would Fit Her As She Is A Taller Female They Didn't Have Anything In Store.The Member Of Staff Suggested That They Both Check The Online Stock Together & See If There's Anything That Would Fit Her (Jeans) She Saw A Pair Of Jeans These would Fit So She Made A Purchase In Store & They Said They Could Have It Sent To The Local Store So She Made Purchase & Upon Doing So That Item Was Ready To Collect In One Weeks Time & If It Didn't Fit They Said That She Can Take It Back To Her Local Store & They Will Refund Her After Seeing That Email Receipt (Proof Of Purchase).The female staff was really helpful for my sister as she was looking for jeans for a really long time over the internet and within shops but couldn't find anything would fit her!
