The staff at the Victoria centre shop, were so helpful. I got brilliant customer service and some very helpful advice about caring for my purchase. Thank you.It?s a shame that the Monsoon/Accessorize combined shop has closed down. Nottingham needs a Monsoon. But at least we still have Accessorize.

The sales are manic in this store offering, offering many bargains. Although Monsoon Head Office, I must say that frankly, your staff are very thin on the floor. Those that are there appear over worded and unable to offer good customer service. No one passed a greeting smile, or a simple hello even at the tills. I witnessed a lady in a mobility scooter leave as the queue was that big and she was made to feel a hindrance by other shoppers, as the floor space was inadequate for her little vehicle. When this was mentioned to a member of staff she couldn't care less.I'd just like to remind the company, that some of us still enjoy the common courtesies of this world and manners cost nothing.After all we all know how retail is suffering and that little extra can go a long way.

Just had a great shopping experience in the Nottingham Victoria Centre store: Chaney, the resident stylist, asked me what occasion I was shopping for (a wedding), looked me over and picked me out the perfect dress, one which I would have walked past. Excellent service, thank you!

Came in to Moonsoon Victoria Center Nottingham for shopping and I and keys was lost, came un again to find out if had left it in monsoon and Faye Bavington was such a lovely lady who helped me to look for it even after closing hours, and could not find it, she then gave me a bus fare home very kind of her.Appreciate it so much.
