Having spent several thousand pounds with Jewsons over the last 18 months I have three times now been served by Nathan and the customer experience is very poor with staff not willing to helpYesterday I needed to match bricks that I?d purchased from this store only to be told to go to the Leamington branch(an hours drive away) and it wasn?t profitable to transfer stock between branches very poor service nowANT Maintenance

Visited to hire some breaking equipment and found the staff to be really helpful with making sure I had the right equipment for the job. Fair consideration was also given to the fact I could only hire later on in the day as I had to return home to get additional i.d so I would not be over charged for use in the morning that was not possible. Overall I found it a very positive experience hiring tools from here and would certainly do so again.
