“It was the first time I had used this florist and couldn't be more impressed. Their flowers are in tip top condition and the florist really knows her job. She made me a fabulous arrangement for my daughter in law with some unusual flowers in the mix. It was all beautifully colour coordinated and ready on time for collection. “I visited this shop looking for a last-minute gift for my wife's birthday.Although this shop is packed full of potential gifts for her, I left empty-handed.This shop can be a bit overwhelming as the shelves are cramped full of different items.As the name suggests, this shop is mostly full of items for the home, it is very similar to Dunlem or the Range only it doesn't seem as organised.This shop feels like a TK Max in the way that things are cramped together. Only this shop doesn't seem to have the TK Max price tags. It's a little pricer.I am happy I have visited this shop, I don't think I will need to revisit it in a great hurry.”

“The products they have here are amazing! We've been meaning to all in for ages and highly delighted we did! We were greated to the delight of 2 massive dining tables, Dutch oak ones! Now I need a table but only 4ft in length, otherwise I would've purchased one of them straight away!A fella greeted us and shown us around, asked what we were looking for, but unfortunately they didn't have anything to suite.It's a charity run place, some items refurbed by themselves and quality shows!Brill place , go have a look!”

From our initial meeting with Sue in the Michael Pavis showroom, her customer service, knowledge of the industry and attention to detail has been faultless. She spent over 3 hours with us for our initial meeting where she produced detailed plans for the redesign of two bathrooms in our new home. Sue gave lots of invaluable advice when choosing products She is extremely patient and understanding and has worked tirelessly to ensure the quotations could meet our budget. We had a second meeting to review and confirm the plans, and even with last minute changes, Sue has always exceeded our expectations with her customer service. “Lovely tea. The shop is lovely as are the staff. I like the tester teas.I have a question though, why are you allowing Amazon to charge £16-£18 instead of £10. For people who don’t have the luck to live in Nottingham it’s a shocking markup.My daughter paid £49.89 for three teas, and that included £6 discount because she bought three.It would have been £30 from your shop.”

“Completed a wreath making workshop. We had the best time. Despite a slight issue with the kits not being delivered.we had a fab session and Julie and the manager gave exceptional customer service. “A wonderful new bathroom with thanks to Martin Shelton Plumbing & Heating. Martin Shelton and Nathan have been fabulous and turned this around in just five days. Professional, polite, explain everything clearly. Spot on. They’re based in Bingham and have a wide reach. I thoroughly recommend them. They also installed a new boiler a couple of months back which led us to use them for the bathroom.”

“Today I couldn’t give less than 5 stars. My focus is on Michael he went beyond his duties for me. I had a pen and pencil set from my late mum for my 18th I used it all the way through collage and my employment. The pencil lead stopped working then the pen ink. I tried back in 2001 but! Wasn’t successful in getting them sorted. So I just saved them. Jump many years I went into Rymans I got the pen sorted I didn’t think I’d find a replacement ink for this type of pen then the following day I took the pencil in. Michael he sent a good 15mins sorting the pencil trying different leads sorting how it worked where to put the lead. He taught me something which I never knew. I got the pencil sorted and I can’t be happier. Michael was helpful friendly knowledgeable this is what you need from shop staff. Thank you for all your help.”

“I had an American style fridge freezer delivered today.Jan and his colleague were so professional and took care of the delivery with expertise and precision. After multiple measurements the fridge freezer was gently moved through the house taking care of the item and my property. I cannot fault the team at all. Excellent company, excellent team. Fridge is great too!”
