Every time we come here to deliver it takes an average of 4 hrs, this is totally unacceptable and there is no need for it. As a lorry driver this has a massive impact on our working day, wages overtime and missed collections. I had to give you 1 star as there was no option to select none.

One of the worst customer service!I have been told TWICE that my device is ready to collect at the shop, when I arrived I only heard "SORRY we don't have it yet". I wasted money for taxi (TWICE) only for hear their silly "sorry" It was last time definitely when I bought something from them.

If I could give minus stars I would! The customer service was absolutely appalling -non existent even! Staff stand around chatting rather than wanting to help, it took an age to get someone's attention. We were completely mis-sold a product and have been refused a return or exchange despite the product STILL being in its packaging and not touched, we asked for an exchange within only a few hours of it being delivered and the store manager was less than helpful, almost smug with his attitude and lack of compassion. Do not buy anything from this particular currys! £500 down the drain. Shop at AO or John Lewis if you want an expensive appliance! (According to Currys the machine in the attached photo has been "used")

Popped in with an issue about an online order. Ben tried to assist by ringing central customer support. He couldn't resolve it there but really pleased with the help and advice from Ben in store.

terrible store, terrible service, there is never anything in the store, you have to wait for everything.The staff doesn't care about the customer at all, they ignore the customer, most of the people standing talk to as, pretending that there is no one in the store, or they spend time on their phones

They need to improve their collection service. I ordered an Android phone for collection as it showed in stock at my local Newark store. I thought great, 'Why wait for delivery when I can collect it?'After paying, I received an email stating, 'We?re working on your tech order, and your tech's almost ready.' 'Almost ready'? What does that mean? Anyway, almost an hour later, I received a second email saying, 'We're preparing your order!' Preparing what? The first email said 'almost ready,' the second 'preparing'?it feels like I ordered a wedding cake, and they are making it from scratch.However, after the whole day had passed, my order was still not ready for collection. What a joke! They probably ran out of ingredients...So anyway, my point is, if you want to make customers happy, please stop with those fancy emails saying 'almost ready' and then 'we are preparing, because many big brands offering collection services send an SMS to customers minutes after placing an order, stating that the order is ready for collection?not after 24+ hours.
