Claire and Niki at the Mansfield branch were so helpful to my husband for my Christmas present. (Which was a wedding ring and eternity ring) without them he wouldn't have known what to do. They spent quite a bit of time with him reassuring the decision was the right one. Now Christmas is over and I couldn't wait to unwrap my presents I was so delighted with the rings. We went down yesterday to show Claire and Niki the rings on my finger and how delighted I was with them looking after him. Thank uou so much.

We recently brought my wedding ring here. We were looking for something that sat well with my engagement ring and didn?t want a plain band. Niki helped us and gave us some brilliant advice! Couldn?t be happier with the outcome of my custom ring!

This feedback is from my father as he isn't the best with technology. My father goes to the mansfield branch H, Samuel monthly to have watch straps adjusted and buys watches aswell. The service he receives from the management and staff is amazing, helpful and incredibly friendly. We've been here a few times and every time the staff are so lovely and friendly. They always ensure we get what we want and don't push us to spend more or say things just to get a sale. Just been in to H Samuel in Mansfield to get a wedding ring for my husband such lovely members of staff. I had a money off voucher on line and was unsure of how it would work the two ladies were very helpful Lisa and Claire went the extra mile to help me get what I wanted. Explained everything and how the voucher worked. What great service I will definitely go back in the future well done ? .

We went in to get some jewellery altered, the shop assistant was great but had to send for the manager who was nasty because she had to come and help out, shes a nasty piece of work, its about time they smartened up too, when you visit other H Samuel stores they are all very nice, helpful and smartly dressed which can hardly be said about the manager at Mansfield.
